WHO WE ARE
We are a family having created Pita Fresca out of our love for people and our appreciation of flour, the basic material of human diet. We live and do business in Monemvasia, taking inspiration from the place and its tradition. Pita Fresca was born as a natural follow-up tothe relationships built with our guests and the residents of the historical castle-town in the Peloponnese.
